WGE Tau DronesCheck out cooler Tau drones and great new alternatives to GW.  Wargame Exclusive has the models every Tau player needs, for the greater good!

Wargame Exclusive makes tons of models with great detail. This time around Rob got some of the new “Greater Good” or better known as alternative Tau models. They always have insane detail, so let’s dive in.

Cooler Drones & Tau Alternatives to GW: Wargame Exclusive

greater good kenshinStarting out with the Master Kenshi miniature all laid out and we can get a clear view of just how much detail will be packed into these models, and even their bases.

kenshin assembled and comparedJumping forward a little bit, Rob got the model assembled and we can see it in all of its samurai-esque glory. He also showed us a quick comparison on size next to his Death Korps model.

He is about the right size as a normal Tau, but certainly doesn’t look like one!

etheriaNext up we have the new Etherea model. This model has a notable lack of armor in the front, but no lack of detail. The staff is a little close to the face, and if that bothers you, there is also an alternative arm bit with a gun that will leave the face uncovered.

tau marksmanThe last of the “organic” models is this stunning marksman. The detail is absurd, from the wires into the gun, to the canisters on his leg. This model is without a doubt a great painting challenge and all-around quality model.

dronesMoving on, we’ve got some Rocket and Technical Drones that can be kitted as a marker or shield drone. Not to mention very easy to magnetize their flying stands.

gun droneLast but not least, we have Rob’s personal favorite, the gun drone. This model surprisingly is only two parts, the main part, and the antenna. It’s just that easy, and when it comes to the hobby some times that is refreshing. This model also has a super solid look to it, that may just be the right mix of menacing as well.
