3rd Place: Gareth Hunt – Orks
2nd Place: Donovan Sailo – Grey Knights
1st Place: Jason McKenzie – T’au Empire
Jason’s Tau were led by two battlesuit commanders for their fantastic ranged firepower and for leading and buffing units of battlesuits. An Ethereal brings a cheaper HQ that offers Command Point generation.
Two units of Broadsides add their huge Rail Rifles to help target enemy armor with ease. A unit of each of the Crisis sub-categories are super solid terminator-level models just exclusively ranged focused, unlike everyone’s favorite Space Marine Termies.
A Ghostkeel brings in a larger solo model for a surprisingly durable ranged threat that can target marines or armor with ease. Plus, a unit of Kroot were some super cheap bodies that can help grab objectives and get in some chip damage.
A Pathfinder team can take some pot shots each round. A Piranha offers a cheap mobility option that can zip around, while two Riptides are two more large-range threats that will pump out some serious pain from down range each round, and they stay alive.
Three units of Stealth Battlesuits offer solid bodies with their great burst cannons to help target chaff, while a Stingwing unit closes out the list with some super cheap mobility.
