Black Knights Flexing For the Camera: Adepticon Army Showcase

By Jonathan Michener @ipaint_things and Corrie Wilson.

The Black Knights came out to play on a frozen display board. With different coats of arms, they all donned the imposing black paint job on their main body. Before we get a closer look at the minis, check out the amount of detail that went into the basing alone!

Of course, it wouldn’t be a competitive Knight list without the classic Castellan. While he may be a new unit to 40k, he’s quickly gone down in the Knight hall of fame as the head honcho for 2k pt lists. The paint job on this guy is incredible and makes him worthy of a centerpiece model! From the checkers on the leg to the highlighted red stripes on the shoulder plates, this guy is coming to kick some Traitor tail.

Next up, there’s a Crusader hitting us with the Fonz. While he might not have the same damage output as the Castellan, he’s still got plenty of range and a thick T8 body to soak up wounds.

And last but not least, we’ve got a customized Armiger Warglaive leading two other Armiger Helverins. While all of these Knights might share the same black armor, they all look like they could be characters that have seen countless battles, thanks to their detail!
