Brutal But Kamo: LVO Ork Army Showcase

These Orks take minor detail to a whole new level. Check out the camo pattern and some other flashy bits on this army from the Las Vega Open.

LVO 2019 had all kinds of beautiful armies strewn across the tabletops. Looking at one of these beautiful Xenos lists, the Orks brought in a mix of camo and bright yellow.

Brutal But Kamo: LVO Ork Army Showcase

This might look like a lot of models. And that’s because it is. Orks can spam bodies like no other faction! (Tyranids are probably a close second though).

This list has a Morkanaut painted up to a Gorkanaut’s color scheme..Sneaky. With yellow being one of the hardest paints to pull off, this guy is a flashy centerpiece for his green friends.

While Gretchin may not be worth anything in combat, they are fantastic meat shields for some Lootas. And those meatshields have never looked so detailed! These are just T2 models but they have a better paint job than some elite Space Marine armies out there!

Speaking of Lootas, they rocked the yellow shoulder-mounted dakka blasters with some nice chipping effects.

Moving on to the bigger and badder Orks of the list, these Nobz are trying to be as sneaky as they can with their camo’d-out ‘eavy armor.

Moving onto the Shoota Boyz, these are some of the coolest we’ve seen. They normally drop like Flies in-game, but they’re packed with conversions. These Boyz armored up with some extra padding and Viking helmets!

And finally, there’s the Warboss behind it all. Matching the rest of his Boyz with desert camo, he was able to lead in style on the table.

Great job with all the crazy small details on this list! With the paint chipping and camo patterns combined, we can tell a whole lot of hobby love went into these Xenos. Great job!
