James’ winning Eldar list was led by a Wayleaper for a great mobile lone operative, an Avatar of Khaine for a larger melee threat, and a Death Jester for a good ranged lone operative. Along with those, the Farseer, Fuegan, and Karandras all are great options to lead units.

Troops are just a standard unit of Guardians for some solid bodies, quickly followed up by more elite options in Dire Avengers. Two Falcons and two Skyweavers act as some solid mobile vehicles with good shots, while a unit of Shroud Runners is a bit cheaper option.

A unit of Striking Scorpions and Swooping Hawks come in as some close-range specialists, while two Support Weapons bring in some more ranged that can fire indirectly and crack most units.

There you have it: the top Warhammer 40k army lists from the Bugeater GT were ruled by Eldar, Black Templars, and GSC.

James’ Eldar army came out on top thanks to its huge focus on mobility. Bringing in strong, versatile units for close combat and ranged (and indirect) attacks that crushed even the toughest rivals. Overall, studying these army lists offers some real gems for Warhammer 40k newbies and pros alike.
