You think Duncan Rhodes would function as some kind of Paint-Commissar in the 41st millennium? He’d patrol armor factories, making sure each plate was lovingly coated in several thin layers, and neatly highlighted, and he’d make corrections with a paintbrush-firing bolt pistol.
