GW’s latest Warhammer rumor engine preview clearly includes a new drill bit, but what faction and game system will it be for?

Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed. Let’s check out what it could be and try to guess until then!
Looking at this bit, it is very clearly a new rock drill of some kind! As for which faction and game system it goes with, that’s much more open-ended but pretty guaranteed to be in Warhammer 40k or a specialist game. Leagues of Votann are the most likely faction, so that’s a safe bet!
The aesthetic of miners fits right in with Votann, and having another robot or space dwarf wielding a drill seems like a no-brainer! Still, though… who knows? Curve balls happen, and specialist games usually get some super unique models. We will have to wait and see!
