The Games Workshop price hike is now official! Check out the affected items, and pricing of increase for Chaos that are up almost 20%.

Chaos Marines and Daemons are going up in cost for select units. Some units are real meta heavy hitters while others haven’t seen the competitive tables for a while. With that, however, let’s go over the next changes about to hit.

Chaos Marine Units Increase in Cost

Chaos Marines are going up in price just like all of the other factions we’ve been covering. These units on average are increasing about $6.54 for a  16.24% increase. Some units like Mortarion, Magnus, Master of Executions, and Magnus are all in the current meta standings so we’re not exactly surprised to see these go up. However, the other options available to Chaos are going up as well. If you were thinking about getting into Chaos, you may want to go ahead and stock up on the units from this listing now as they’ll be costing more while the product stays exactly the same.

Daemons Increasing as Well

Daemons are in the roughly the same boat as Chaos Marines, increasing on average about $4.18 for a 15.69% increase.  While Daemons may be going up, they’re still the army that gives you the most value as they’re totally playable in the Horus Heresy, 40k, and AoS. Most of the units increasing in cost are also smaller characters or troops choices so if you’re a fan of Daemon Prince lists, you’re in the clear.

While it might be frustrating to see prices increase out of the blue on products that aren’t changing, will you still be buying their products? Have you already stocked up on your Chaos army? Let us know in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
