Looks like both Eldar and Chaos Space Marines are getting what we hope to be a new Warhammer 40k model preview on Christmas!
It looks like two of the factions needing an update are coming together in one big box (well some of the minis at least). The reveal is coming on Christmas Day, but we have some possibilities to tide us over for now.
Warhammer Community unveiled the video which shows the two forces doing battle on an Eldar world. If you’ve been following along with the Advent Engine, you have an idea of what may be on the way, but hopefully, we’ll know everything soon enough!
GW Christmas Preview Teases New Chaos & Eldar Minis!
We wouldn’t be surprised if the name of the box was Portents of Madness and Doom! We’ve seen so many rumor engines so far, there is a lot to choose from of what’s on the way. Let’s check out the rumors and then see what could be on the way!
This particular model had three rumor engines and now with the GW Christmas preview above, we more or less expect a rework of this for sure.
We saw this rumor before the Advent Engine even started, and the video points towards this really strongly right at the end!
New Chaos Space Marines & Eldar Minis Preview
Well at this point it’s beyond obvious the box will pit new Chaos vs Eldar, the real question is, just how many minis will each faction be receiving?

If you asked us, we’d say this looks an awful lot like a Striking Scorpions head to us! We’re pretty excited about this rework!
They don’t show too many different kinds of Chaos Space Marines, but we expect a pretty big revamp.
While this is pretty far away and not very easy to see, that one figure looks awfully bigger than the others, so you know what that could mean- a new Avatar! That’s all we’ve seen so far, but check back tomorrow for the new models!
