Captain Messinius
Captain Messinius of the White Consuls is the star this year, a veteran of many wars and one of Roboute Guilliman’s most trusted advisors. He steps straight out of the pages of the Dawn of Fire series, armed with a plasma pistol and an ornate powerfist gifted to him by the Avenging Son himself.
Black Library miniatures are usually bangers, and this is no different! If you’ve read the books and know the character, dope! If not, it’s still a great new model you can use as a stand-in.
Dawn of Fire: The Iron Kingdom (Limited Edition)
Battle Group Praxis returns to the planet Kamidar to recuperate and reinforce during a gruelling leg of the Indomitus Crusade. But the Knight world has survived years without Imperial aid, and what should be a cordial reunion becomes the seed for a bitter schism in The Iron Kingdom by Nick Kyme, the fifth instalment in the Dawn of Fire series – starring Messinius himself.
The special edition release is limited to 2,000 numbered copies, each signed by the author, and containing full-colour interior art, a map, the short story Kin, a leather effect cover, and a gold ribbon bookmark.

The End and the Death Volume I (Limited Edition)
The end is finally here. The culmination of the Siege of Terra and the Horus Heresy series begins with Dan Abnett’s The End and the Death Volume I. Horus has left the Emperor with no way out, and now Terra’s final days are at hand…
This momentous tale gets a gorgeous limited edition of just 2,500 copies. This luxury tome features multiple internal illustrations, a foldout map depicting the ruined Imperial Palace, faux leather covers matching previous Siege of Terra novels, gold page edges, a red ribbon bookmark, and it’s signed by the author.
As the beginning of the end of the Horus Heresy, this special edition is sure to be extremely popular, so get it while you can if you are a fan of this era.

Black Library Celebration 2023
To commemorate this year’s Black Library Celebration, every order made on the Games Workshop webstore from the 18th of February will include a free compilation of Black Library stories (while stocks last).
The English version contains short stories by Justin D Hill, Noah Van Nguyen, Michael F Haspil, David Annandale, and Jude Reid, while the French and German versions contain a different set of stories by David Annandale, William King, Dan Abnett, Guy Haley, and Graham McNeill.
If you want a taste-test this bundle of short stories is a great way to commemorate the year and try out a few of the stories!

Angels of Darkness
A classic tale from Gav Thorpe returns. The latest Black Library subscription contains five eShorts by Marc Collins, Andy Clark, Chris Thursten, Danie Ware, and Robert Rath.
