GW Shifting Their 40k Community To Yet Another New Website!
Games Workshop opened a new website alongside the 8th edition announcement. Come take a look at what this new website has to offer us.
The new Warhammer 40,000 website looks like it’s all about growing the community as a whole. Let’s take a look at some of what the new site has to offer.
Start Here
Start here is a section dedicated to getting new people into Warhammer, and showing them exactly what they need to do to get started.
The Game
The game provides a section explaining the game of Warhammer 40,000, as well as a description on the 3 new play styles: Open Play, Narrative Play, and Matched Play.
Tutorials
Tutorials is a great video tutorial section for you to go to if you’re looking for painting tips, techniques, brush care, assembly tips, and basing techniques.
Remember the old Warhammer Community page? Well this is the same exact thing but in a central location with everything else Warhammer related. No need to flip between pages now.
Shop
The Shop section provides you a great way of finding a place to buy the Games Workshop goods you’re looking for. Don’t feel like shopping online? Well they’ve included a retail store locator, and independent stockist locator. Finding your LFGS has never been easier.
The new Warhammer 40,000 website has a lot to offer for everyone from beginner to veteran. Make sure you head on over and get yourself familiar with the new site, seems like this one may just be around for a while.
