We’ve always said that JOYTOY figures have enough articulation to make a movie with, and this talented hobbyist just went and did it! It’s well done, and when you start watching, you can’t seem to stop (plus it’s only 2 minutes, so you have the time to watch it all.)
The video showcases how Terminators may fare against the ancient robot threat of the Necrons! We can only imagine how long this video took to create, but it really shows the dedication to both Warhammer 40k and JOYTOY! Let’s check out the video.
Hobbyist Makes 40k Animation Using JOYTOY Action Figures
The video comes from Captain Pioneer, who has a ton of stop-motion animation videos on their channel.
The video opens with the Necrons blasting away at the Terminators!
They are a challenging foe to take down and start firing back.
Many figures start falling, and while the Necrons take more damage, a Terminator finally bites the dust.
This forces them to bring out the big guns and try to smash through the Necrons.
The Terminators charge into melee and start taking out swathes of Necrons, and they do just a fantastic job with the combat sequences.
The Deathmarks appear for only a minute and then disappear back into their portals…
The Necrons won’t go down that easy, though, and bring out their elite units as well. The real question is, who is going to win the battle? Well, watch the video below to find out!
