40k ITC Rumors & 2023 Frontline Gaming Events Schedule

FLG Event Schedule FeaturePretty big rumors are floating around about changes to the 40k ITC circuit along with the official new 2023 Frontline Gaming events schedule!

There are some spicy rumors out there that will have a huge impact on LVO and the majority of ITC tournaments. Plus, from the looks of it, you will be able to win exclusive prizes as well!

While those are just rumors right now, FLG gave out their new event schedule, so at least we have that to look forward to! Let’s first look at the new events, then jump into all the rumors about ITC and first-round byes.

2023 Frontline Gaming Event Schedule

FLG Event Schedule

As you can see, the schedule is expanding this year! With plenty of events all over the USA (and there are some rumors about other countries as well). Let’s hear what they have to say about this year. But first, you can go here to pick up your tickets for every tournament here!

The 2023 Frontline Gaming Events Season!!!
We are very excited to add The Rocky Mountain Open to our circuit. This brand-new event will take place this upcoming March in Denver, Colorado!
We are still waiting on a few things to be ironed out before we can announce where (and what format) the September event will be, so for now we have to keep that as TBA.
We will get the dates finalized for SoCal 2023 as soon as we get back and unwind from this weekend.
Both the BAO and ACO will be bigger than ever before as we are expanding the venue space we are using! We are also adding more game systems to Cherokee and making this event have a super social element that we have never tried before.
Cruise Hammer will again be a 7-day cruise but this upcoming trip will depart from New Jersey.
The Lone Star Open will remain our Military Appreciation event with plenty of cool things for our service members.
In the next week or two, we will also have a major announcement that will impact almost all of our events and make things more exciting than ever before.

RUMORS: First Round Byes & Changes to the 40k ITC Circuit

Now that we have some awesome events to look forward to, let’s check out the big rumors!

LVO 2023So, let’s start with maybe the most interesting rumor! First, it looks like they are teaming up with other non-FLG tournaments on the ITC circuit to create a Qualifier circuit for LVO.

So people who win those events (as well as official FLG ones) will actually get a bye in LVO for at least their first game. Which, we’re guessing, means you just win the first game with full points?

What exactly tournaments will be included and can get you a bye?  Supposedly FLG events (obviously) will be included, and then, if you’re not within close proximity to one of their events, it looks like there will be events they are teaming up with that will be within half a day’s drive for the majority of people in the USA.

So, hopefully, everyone will have a try at this. However, it’s not just going to be in the US, they will have a presence in the UK, EU, and Australia as well. So, from what we hear, if you want a bye at LVO, be sure to keep your eyes open and look for what events will be included so you can get that sweet bye at LVO!

Now, that’s not everything that looks to be happening! The best in faction at these qualifier events will win exclusive prizes now as well. While we don’t know exactly what they are, there is nothing wrong with winning exclusive prizes!

Especially because you don’t have to win the whole thing to get them, just beat out the other people in your faction.

Overall, if true, it will be cool to see FLG teaming up with other events, and hey, getting a first-round bye at LVO is no joke, either!
