Mile High GT- Feast of Blades This Weekend!

By Rob Baer | October 25th, 2012 | Categories: Grand Tournament, Warhammer 40k

Well, it’s October (wow, that came fast).  So that means that one thing… No not Halloween.  No, not cool weather and beautiful fall colors.  It’s Feast of Blades!

Let’s jump right in and talk about what this weekend of gaming has in store for you all who are planning on attending.

First things first let’s get the links up, shall we:
When: Denver, CO OCT 26-28
Where: Red Lion 4040 Quebec Denver Co 80216
Ok, with all that out of the way. Let’s get on to the good part.  This year at Feast of Blades we have done our damnedest to provide something for everyone.  We understand that people don’t all like competitive tournaments, and that some people love them.  We know many people just want to come for the atmosphere, This year we feel approached the event with a ‘your hobby, my hobby OUR hobby!’  mentality so everyone can have a great weekend of wargaming!

This year the purity seals achievement system is back with a vengeance and our raffle is even better! Also, we have made a change to the swag system.  Instead of having little sandwich baggies with barley anything in them we will have swag masters that will patrol the gaming floor handing out thousands in FREE swag.

Things like template sets, squad boxes and fine cast models as well as large bits bags will be given out. If swag is vital to you we have created our “Premier Swag Bag,” it has $200 in value with actual gaming items, for $75, hurry though cause they are almost all sold out.
