Some old-school 40k minis are hitting MTO next week, along with a handful of Black Library releases and more pre-orders!
Games Workshop has revealed all the new releases hitting pre-orders this Saturday, October 21st, at 1 PM Eastern time here in the States!
GW Reveals New Warhammer 40k MTO & Black Library Pre-Orders
As with anything that is MTO, these new offerings can take up to 180 days to get to you; then, for Black Library, it looks like they will be a regular pre-order.
A handful of releases make up next week’s lineup, spotlighting primarily Black Library and MTO 40k; here are details from Warhammer Community.
MTO 40k Offerings
Elsewhere in the 41st Millennium, we’ve got another tranche of Made to Order models – this time prominently featuring the Space Wolves and the forces of the Inquisition. As always, these are available for a limited period – between 10am local time on Saturday the 21st of October until 8am GMT on Monday the 30th of October. They can take up to 180 days to arrive. Here’s who’s coming:
In order, that’s a Grey Hunter with Wolf Standard, Lukas the Trickster, and Rune Priest in Terminator Armour, all in resin. Then there’s the Grey Knights Brother-Captain Stern in resin, Deathwatch Captain Artemis in plastic, an Inquisitorial Warrior Acolyte in metal, and two pairs of resin Servitors – Servitors with Plasma Cannon, and Servitors with Multi-melta.
Retro Made to Order models are pretty unique but definitely aren’t for everyone, hence the MTO nature of them! If you want them, get them! There’s no telling when they’ll come back around again.
The End and the Death Vol II
The latest chapter of arguably the most epic story in Warhammer history is finally (nearly) here. The End and the Death Vol II by Dan Abnett is a tour de force – answering almost as many questions as it poses, and culminating in the definitive version of a duel that’s lingered in the background for real-time decades.
With Terra besieged and humanity’s salvation on a knife edge, Sanguinius, primarch of the loyalist Blood Angels, braves the horrors of the Warmaster’s flagship, The Vengeful Spirit, with a single purpose in mind: to slay his brother Horus, decapitate the Heresy once and for all, and stop the forces of Chaos from taking Terra.
This volume is being released as a numbered special edition strictly limited to 2,500 copies, and as a regular hardback, an eBook, and an MP3.
Part two of the climax of the Horus Heresy will most likely be a banger!
The End and the Death Vol II (Collector’s Edition)
The special edition has full-colour art pages, a leather-effect cover, a ribbon bookmark, and an author’s signature.
As usual, this will go fast, so jump on it quickly if you want it.
Word Bearers: The Omnibus
