Don’t miss all the new weapon options for the new Chaos Space Marine Havoc Models that have finally been spotted, along with the updated sprues as well!
New pics of the Havocs that look to be from Warhammer Community have been spotted all over the web today as their spures look to have a TON of weapon options!
Havocs Hidden in Plain Sight
Warhammer Community dropped a preview on the missions found in Vigilus but also gave us a big army snapshot of Chaos vs. GSC. Check out what was spotted in the mix of it all.
Check out the sick Havocs! From left to right, it looks like they’ve got a las cannon, a heavy bolter, the new minigun, and rocket launcher with a reloading arm (just like thier loyalist counterpart).
We first saw this guy previewed a while back during the first wave of Chaos previews. We weren’t entirely sure what he’d be fitting into but it looks like he’s definitely a heavy support choice!
Will Chaos Marine squads be able to take him as a troop selection? Or will he just stay exclusive to the Havocs? We’re not sure.
Havoc Weapon Load Outs
Looks like we have found the Heavy Bolter from the Chaos Daemon Rumor Engine, complete with round fed ammo belt as well:
I do like the old school Heresy style over the shoulder weapon sculpts that really add that old AF flavor to these renegades!
Taking a look at the sprues for the new unit, it looks like there is a plethora of options coming our way soon including the Autocannon from the rumor engine as well (bottom left).
The question is with only one of each of the 5 types of weapons on a single sprue and what appears to only be three pairs of legs, will the box set contain TWO of these sprues? That would allow Chaos players to arm double marines with the same weapons, and give six sets of legs. OR is it possible that players could see more of these spures in a box than that? Remember the basic Chaos squad went up from $40 to $60 with the new sculpts!
What do you think the Havocs will cost us on release?
Keep your eyes peeled for more Chaos support centered around Vigilus in the coming days and let us know what you think about the new Chaos models in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
