Today we’re finally getting a look at the Space Marine tanks from the new World of Tank Blitz: Macragge’s Thunder that’s on the way this fall.
Sk8xtrm is giving us a look at a couple of the new tanks that will be making their World of Tanks Blitz debut during the Macragge’s Thunder event later this month. Let’s take a look at the video, and some of the new tanks.
The latest preview is showing off the Vindicator and Predator tanks, as well as their stats. Another neat feature is that you will have your choice between the Ultramarines and Imperial Fist paint schemes.
You’ll be able to upgrade your tanks to suit your desired build. Whether it’s heavy defense and slow firing weapons, a weaker defense and faster firing weapons, or a combination of both, you’ll have plenty of options to build your desired tank.
Here we’re seeing what the Vindicator is going to look like, as well as the Imperial Fist theme.
This is also the first look we’re getting of what the map for the event is going to look like as well. From what Sk8xtrm said in his video, this is an existing map that they simply re-skinned for the event.
World of Tanks is already a very popular video game, and it looks like their fan base is about to grow even more. The initial announcement that they are collaborating with Games Workshop and working on bringing new tanks into the game from the 41st millennium came out just over a month ago.
Both World of Tanks Blitz and Warhammer 40,000 are about fierce battles. Residents of these universes are tough, strong-willed, and brutal. Their only goal is victory, and there is only one way to achieve it—to destroy enemy forces. There is no place for weakness, no quarter is asked and none is given, and armored vehicles are extremely valued here.
For the Emperor! In Blitz!
The collaboration of these warlike universes was just a matter of time, and now the time has come!
We’re looking at a release window around Halloween and it’s great to see that Games Workshop and World of Tanks have teamed up to bring a new way to play this already popular game. But the big question is…. What other tanks are they planning on bringing over from Warhammer? We all know, there is more than enough options. Make sure you keep checking in with us for the latest updates, we’ll be putting them out as soon as we get them.
