The evolution of this Silent King is an elaboration of the symbol of the lore page about Szarek in the 9th edition codex.
The original form of the throne never convinced me for shape and style, the two boring Phareons at the side and the C’tan shard, anonymous, lame, and resurrected by two sticks, so I choose to associate Kalugura the silent cry as caged C’tan and build an ice formation around it.
