Wyatt Harris 1

Wyatt’s Drukhari were led by two Archons for wound re-rolls, a Beastmaster for a solid charging solo threat, plus Lelith and a Succubus to give a huge boost to a Wyches unit. There is also Urien to help with some healing.

The basic bodies include two units of Warriors for standard ranged options and a unit of Wyches to get buffed up by the characters and get into close combat.

Wyatt Harris 3

Vehicles keep it standard with two raiders to match up with the Warriors and four Venoms to help zip around and harass enemies. A single Cronos offers some great combat power on a low cost, while two Incubi bring in more close combat power.

Two Units of Madrakes add in some flexible models that again prefer closer combat. Three units of Scourges, then close out the list with some great dark lances to help target bigger threats from down the range!

There you have it: the top Warhammer 40k army lists from the Palm Springs Open were ruled by Drukhari, Tau, and Death Guard. Wyatt’s Dark Eldar army came out on top thanks to its focus on diverse threats that might prefer one form of combat while still retaining a decent option in the other. Studying these army lists, their combos, and interactions offer some insight for newer Warhammer 40k players and pros alike.
