1st Place: Ben Cherwien – Grey Knights

Ben’s Grey Knight list had 2 Patrols with the first led by a Techmarine and a Grand Master in Dreadknight. The Grand Master serves as a great psyker with support for the list and can teleport in. He also comes with some hard-hitting melee and ranged weapons making him a beast in all-around combat and utility, while the Techmarine helps to keep the dread knights topped off through the battle.

A single Strike Squad fills the requirement for a troop and provides some extra bodies for grabbing objectives and of course fighting!

The rest of the first patrol is 2 Nemesis Dreadknights, which much like the Grandmaster are beasts in ranged and melee combat, however, they don’t get his extra goodies that come with being a more expensive HQ.

The second Patrol is also led by a Techmarine and a Grand Master in Dreadknight. Doubling down on these units makes their utility that much more reliable as they now have two sources!

There are also 10 more Grey Knights in the form of strike squads for some bodies and more flexibility.

Fast Attacks see 20 Interceptors, which bring in some much-needed mobility.

Rounding out the list is a final Nemesis Dreadknight for the 3/3 Dreadknight combo that everyone seems to be playing! They are just so good for their points and this player even took an extra grand master to functionally bring 5 instead of most players’ 4.

What do you think about all three of these most recent lists? Do you like seeing the Grey Knights do well after their update?
