Ultramarines were spotted serving the Emperor at the Warzone Atomic GT. They made sure to in the heavy artillery and to purge the heretics.
Warzone Atomic Empire was run by East Coast hobby maniacs Horton and Twitchell. At over 50 players the event attracted some stunning armies that we captured for you.
Taking a look at the Ultramarines, Robbie G lead the Emperor’s finest into hordes of purge-worthy enemies and looked good doing it. In reality, Primaris were the backbone of this list and they put in some work.
Ultramarine Primaris Power Hour
Robbie G is taking full advantage of Primaris in this list. Taking 8 Aggressors and a squad of Hellblasters, multi-wound infantry models dominated the tabletop. The Ultramarines weren’t taking any chances of any enemy armor. They decided 2 Sicaran Venators would be good enough to punish other tanks.
Tigurius made a guest appearance as well. Let’s be honest here. If you have just over a hundred points of wiggle room, you should definitely consider Tiggy. Making a friendly Ultramarines unit -1 to hit for free each turn is something almost too good to pass up.
Scouts infiltrated up the board to snag key objectives quickly.
Death Guard’s Disgustingly Resilient rule couldn’t keep up with the amount of hate these tanks were able to pump out.
Crisp highlights on every piece of the armor really stands out on this army. Its safe to say the artist did their due diligence on hitting every single edge on every model. Because of this, people are able to see his army pop from tables away.
We can’t forget about the Honor Guard banner holder. The detail on that banner is something special that a picture doesn’t quite do proper justice.
All in all, this list screams ” I’m coming up the board and you can do about it. I’m Roboute Freaking Guilliman”.
Thomas Byrd is an amazing hobbyist, and all around great guy. This army’s Stormbird has been featured on the site several times already and is really worth a look if you haven’t seen it already!
Warzone Atomic Empire event may be over but the Warzone Atlanta is coming up soon! Get cracking on your army to have it in tip-top shape for Warzone’s next event. Slap some highlight on those edges and shade those bases. At the end of the day, Warhammer is a hobby as much as it is a game on the tabletop.
