Warhammer Open Day 2016 is going to have a lot of exciting events and things to check out!

- Meet members of the ‘Eavy Metal Team, Citadel Writers, Citadel Miniatures Designers, Army Painters, White Dwarf team, Warhammer World Studio and the Forge World Design Studio as they show off their new creations, chat about them, and share some favourite miniatures from the past.
- Get expert advice to use on your own projects from live hobby demonstrations being run throughout the day in the popular Demo Pods.
- See a brand new diorama created by the Warhammer World Studio team and chat to them about how they create many dioramas which fill the Exhibition Centre.
- Explore the Exhibition Centre, seeing the displays of miniatures and detailed dioramas.
- Try your hand at computer games from our licensee companies, bringing their Warhammer 40,000 related games for you to experience.
We are proud to announce that for the first time at an Open Day, we will be running a tournament on each separate day, using the recent Kill Team rules. You’ll build a small force of 200 points and get to play 3 games against like minded opponents. PLEASE NOTE: Playing in the tournament will cost a little extra and we only have very limited spaces. Get yours early to make sure you get to play!
This Golden Demon competition focuses on Xenos and Chaos – the Enemies of the Imperium of mankind in the 41st Millennium. All things heretical and alien are welcome here!
Either enjoy seeing some amazing miniatures from painters stretching their creative abilities, or enter and compete yourself! The competition is open to all who purchase a ticket to the Warhammer 40,000 Open Day at Warhammer World in November. You’ll perhaps win a coveted Golden Demon trophy, or maybe event the Slayer Sword itself!
On 5th & 6th November 2016 admission to all areas of Warhammer World and Bugman’s Bar will require a ticket. Children age 11 and under go free. No children under the age of 18 years will be admitted to the Venue unless accompanied and supervised by a ticket holding adult aged 18 years or over.
Your ticket covers access to Warhammer World’s available general facilities and services, the Exhibition Centre, and participation in the Golden Demons on Sunday 6th.
