XV95 Ghostkeel Battlesuit Behind Enemy Lines

male pilot ghostkeelThe Ghostkeel is the pinnacle of Tau Stealth tech. Some Battlesuits are only suited for frontline battle, but the Ghostkeel is designed to stand up to the most grueling conditions and stay for months behind enemy lines. The pilots of these machines are some of the best the Tau have to offer and the machine can only match the mental fortitude of their pilots. They are giant battlesuits, that are supported by more stealth tech than a Tech-Priest can shake his finger at!

On top of their great stealth tech, they are equipped with the most dastardly weapons and jump packs the Empire has to offer. They are capable of mowing down entire units they find on their missions or even destroy full tank companies.

History of the Suit

The Tau are always adapting because the Greater Good must prevail! Not too long ago, the Ghostkeels were reserved for only covert operations. When they were first made the Ethereals determined they must be kept secret. And they knew that if they were deployed to the front lines, all of their enemies would know about the tech before too long. Pilots were chosen from only old stealth pilots who could be trusted. With the success of the Riptides, the Ethereals decided they must be thrust into the light! And with that Ghostkeels have been wreaking havoc on the entire Galaxy for better or worse!
