The Battalion box contains a powerful army with 32 Dwarf Warriors forming a sturdy battle line, accompanied by 32 Quarrelers that can also be assembled as Thunderers. The box also includes two Gyrocopters which can be built for aerial combat as well as bombing raids if assembled as Gyrobombers.

If you need a bunch of infantry, then this is totally worth it! If you have a bunch of the older models, this is a lot of what those armies already had. However, the Dwarf’s army box should always be great for someone new to the game. Even at the $170 price, this will save you a decent amount of cash.
What to Buy Next?
Well, you have a decent starter force of infantry but no real characters to speak of. So, we’d grab some of the new Dwarf characters that are fresh sculpts! Then, playing Dwarfs is fun when you bust out a lot of guns! We’re talking a bunch of artillery and then maybe finish off with some Ironbreakers, Hammerers, and maybe some Slayers if you’re feeling a little wild.
