Incoming Bombardment: X-Wing 2.0 Sqaud

Bomb Drone

The Hyena class Droid Bomber is set to enter the fray with deadly ordnance in X-Wing 2.0. Equipped with new tech and sensors, this bomber is mean!

Bombardment Drone

Set bomb charges and get ready to fly into battle with Droid Bombers! The Bombardment Drone is an initiative 3 small ship for the Separatist faction that has a unique ability when it comes to bombing. If you would drop a device, you may launch that device instead using the same template. Being able to use a bomb from either your front or rear guides of your ship adds a great deal of unpredictability. Even more so once you include a key modification to your devices.

Delayed Fuses

Delayed Fuses is a new modification upgrade. This gives you unprecedented control over your munitions. After you drop, launch, or place a bomb or mine, you may add 1 fuse marker on that device.  A fuse marker is used to tick off a bomb and is removed in place of detonating the said bomb. A great way to get more time for your bombs, especially if your opponent gets out of range. Bomblet Generator

A Bomblet Generator is a great device launcher for the Bombardment Drone. Taking up 2 bomb slots and coming with 2 energy, you may spend 1 energy to drop a bomblet token with the 1 straight template. The Bombardment Dron can either drop or launch these bomblets and can use its reload action to get more!

Landing Struts (Closed)

Hyena-class Droid Bombers come with a configuration of landing struts. This configuration is activated once you overlap an obstacle and there are 1 or fewer other friendly ships at range 0 of that obstacle.

Landing Struts (Open)

Once you have overlapped that obstacle, you ignore them while you move through them. After you reveal your dial, if you reveal a maneuver other than a 2 straight, skip your Execute Maneuver step and remove 1 stress token. If you reveal a right or left maneuver, rotate your ship 90 degrees. This effectively makes your Bombardment Drone a living turret on any obstacle!
