The New Scyk Order: X-Wing Tactics

The Scyk Interceptor continues to amaze! This tiny fighter can sneak up on you and pack a punch. Read on to see how to make this little guy deadly!

Inaldra is a squirrely little fighter that can surprise you at every turn. Whenever you attack with Inaldra you may spend 1 shield to reroll any of your dice, be it attack or defense. This is a handy way to keep your enemies on your toes, since it’s always a gamble with Inaldra. Let’s start off with the Heavy Scyk title.

This title gives out the newly added bonus of 1 hull, and Inaldra will need it with all the shield shenanigans running around. This also allows for some heavy weaponry to be equipped but let’s focus on defense. 

So far we have an extra hull, let’s work on the shielding. Pulsed Ray sShield is a modification that can allow you to receive 1 ion token to recover 1 shield. Since the Scyk is only working with 1 shield anyway this should be a nice fit.  Having a barrel roll can help mitigate the the ion problems and the Pulsed Ray Shiled has good synergy with Inaldra’s ability

The Heavy Scyk title allows for Heavy Laser  Cannon modifications! This long range attack can really let the little Syk punch  above its weight class, and with all of those dice being rolled, Inaldra has rerolls for days.

This little Scyk has all the right moves in all the right places. Use Inaldra in your next X-Wing game to test it out!
