Lil’ Legends is back with more work from the Death Guard Commission, this time featuring a Contemptor Dreadnought. This big boy looks like he has been fighting the Loyalist Marines far too long. Check this guy out!
When I first received the Betrayal at Calth I was determined to get the best out the the rather static looking Contemptor dreadnought. It still has the aesthetic feel of the resin Contemptor but doesn’t have the spirit.
So, I wanted to use this as a practice piece to see exactly how far I could push weathering and chipping techniques. This is the result. I’ve taken step by step instructions on how I created this for an extreme advanced weathering article.
