Looks like all Four Powers will combine in a new formation called the Infernal Tetrad, which may be similar to the Tetragon of Darkness Formation from the Apocalypse days, just with Daemon Princes instead of Greater Daemons?

And here’s the summary from BoLS from all of the White Dwarf pictures spotted from Scanner:

There are 21 Spell cards in the Chaos Daemons deck – Seven Spells each from three Disciplines: Excess, Change, Plague.

Note these are the EXACT same names as the psychic disciplines in the Chaos Daemons codex and not a match for the disciplines in the CSM codex.  The current Chaos Daemons codex has 4 powers per discipline, so that looks like we get 3 new ones apiece (9 new powers total).

Murderhorde

1 Skulltaker or Herald of Khorne
6 of the following: Bloodletters, Fleshhounds, Bloodcrushers
Special rules: unreadable..

Gorethunder Battery

1 Herald of Khorne (can be upgraded to Jugger or Throne)

3 Skull Cannons
Special rules:
Skull Cannons may fire together using the Apocalyptic Blast marker.
2 other unreadable rules…

The Chaos Daemons are listed as receiving in Curse of the Wulfen:

  • 10 Formations
  • 6 Unit Datasheets
  • Warlord Traits
  • Psychic powers
  • Relics

So the Daemons look to be getting a little bit of an upgrade in the CoTW supplement, that may eventually lead into a full blown codex at some point.  Will the Grimoire of True Names get an update or the Nerf Bat? Only time and the Lord of Change knows for sure.
