The newest Primaris Marine was just spotted on Facebook, and looks to be currently only available at GW Stores:

This model will be available exclusively at our store Anniversary on 8th July.
You can buy him separately, or get him free if you spend £150 or more.

From this Facebook post it appears that this is the new anniversary figure and that the Chaplain and Terminator Captain ones below are from store conversions from “GW” branded stores to “Warhammer” ones.
Q:So does this mean the Terminator Captain and Chaplain associated with store anniversaries is gone?
A:Yes indeed, they are for reopenings, and when we become a Warhammer store they will be available.
Q: Will other stores have this available (Primaris)
A: Yes, each store will get it on their Anniversary, so you can get one here and at another store later in the year
Looks this new exclusives will be available at new store openings in 2017. Whether they will be available at all stores on the same weekend is unclear at this time.
