The new Warhammer 40,000 List Builder has everything you could ask for in a list builder. It’s being updated regularly and is extremely user friendly. Let’s take a look at some of the features it has to offer.
When you first get to the page you’ll be able to quickly choose your faction, and it even includes pictures! The inner kid will be pleased. You can either click the army in the main window or choose from a drop down menu in the Army Book section on the top left.
Once you choose the army you’re going to play with, it’ll bring up a list of all available units. From here you simply double click the units you want to add and it puts them on the right side so you can begin building your list.
By default, everything is in Power Levels. But it’s really simple to switch over to the points values by clicking the box in the top left highlighted in red.
Once you get your list built you can open the individual units, or characters, to see their stats, abilities, and keywords. This will make list building a lot easier, taking some of the guess work and fumbling through different pages to see all the different units.
Want to add more than just the default amount of troops? They’ve even made that easy for you! Just simply click the box with the + and voila, the points, or power levels, update instantly. This is also where you’ll change the weapon loadouts, and, once again, the points will reflect what you decide to equip.
The new Warhammer 40,000 List Builder web app is an amazing tool to help you get your lists built easily and effectively. Head on over and check it out for yourself. If you enjoy the new list builder make sure you also swing by Reepy’s Patreon and show a little support so he can continue to keep this up and running.
