Gale Force Nine debuted three new Dungeon and Dragons Collector’s Series models at GenCon this past weekend. Come take a look!
Gale Force Nine was busy at GenCon with the debuts of three new D&D Collector’s Series models and revealing accessories for the Tomb Of Annihilation storyline. There will be a separate article on those accessories in the future. For now, let’s take a look the three models that made their debut. The Fire Giant Dreadnought, Froghemoth, and the Frost Giant Ravager will be retailing $20-$40 and will have limited runs of 1,000-1,500 casts. They are currently not listed on Gale Force Nine’s webstore but will be soon. Be sure to check out their Facebook page for updates.
Fire Giant Dreadnought
The massive Fire Giant Dreadnought stands ready to bash his adversaries with two huge spiked shields filled with blazing coals. This stalwart defender can be found guarding the subterranean forges of Duke Zalto and is featured in Volo’s Guide to Monsters for D&D. Models come unassembled and unpainted.
Froghemoth
Menace your heroes the bizarre Froghemoth, this terrifying swamp dweller ensnares hapless victims with its tentacles and prehensile tongue and drags them to their demise.
Models come unassembled and unpainted. The Froghemoth is one of the featured encounters in the classic AD&D module S3 Expedition to the Barrier Peaks and returns in the Volo’s Guide to Monsters for D&D. Models come unassembled and unpainted.
Frost Giant Ravager
The towering Frost Giant Ravager stalks frozen planes and snow swept peaks, dispatching his foes with a mighty blow of his fearsome battle axe. Frost Giants have always menaced D&D from the classic Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl to the frozen fortress of Svardborg. Models come unassembled and unpainted.
