Tough Interdiction: Star Wars Armada Ship Build

Interdictor

The Interdictor may be a support ship, but it can still take the hits while dishing it back out. Enter the toughest Interdictor out there in Armada today!

The Interdictor Suppression refit is ready for an extended battle.  With 9 hull and 9 shields, this ship will endure whatever ship your enemy can throw at you. If those shields fail, the Interdictor has Engineering 5 to heal damage as it comes in.

Interdictor Suppression Refit

To keep the endurance theme going, we will have Lira Wessex on the bridge. Lira Wessex

Lira Wessex is an officer upgrade that helps get rid of extra damage with Engineering tokens. When you are dealt a face-up damage card, you may spend 1 engineering token to flip that card facedown without resolving its effect. This can help the Interdictor get rid of critical damage, even if it’s redundant Contain defense tokens are overwhelmed.

Targeting Scrambler

To further block incoming damage, the Interdictor will be fitted with a Targeting Scrambler. This experimental retrofit can force your opponent to re-roll up to 4 of their attack dice when attacking your Interdictor at close range. This is especially handy for enemy ships that count on ordnance to overwhelm defenses. SW-7 Ion Batteries

Since the Interdictor will be able to wade into the enemy fleet, keep the damage output up with SW-7 Ion Batteries. This upgrade essentially makes your blue dice always hit by turning your unspent blue accuracy results into damage. With 3 blue dice in its forward and side arcs respectively, the Interdictor will have no problem returning fire on enemy ships.
