It’s official! Come see the inside scoop on the first plastic Sister of Battle Adepta Sororitas model that is headed your way this month!
GW has been showing us their steady progress on Sisters ranging from Rhinos all the way to new models poses and weapons But there was one model in particular previewed back from Adepticon 2018 that we’ve been waiting to see.
We reported recently that hobbyists would see her at Warhammer Day June 29th, and Games Workshop has since confirmed that story!
Warhammer Community just announced how we can get the model. Let’s take a look at the latest on Sisters:
Earlier Rumors Confirmed: Plastic Sister Next Warhammer Store Exclusive
The model that we’ve been seeing time and time again (and most recently spotted all painted up in a GW preview) was at the center of some rumors to be the next store exclusive.

The plastic Sister model we’ve been seeing over and over will be the next exclusive model at GW stores. She’ll be mono-pose and come with a decorative base.
Warhammer Community gave us a video a while back announcing that Warhammer Day would be held on June 29th to celebrate store’s across the world’s new logo with the hammer and eagle. However, in the video, they also announced some exclusives that would only be found in stores during the event.
With Warhammer Day basically right around the corner, we had some expectations that we’d see this Sister as the next store exclusive. Especially after they showed off the Inquisition’s symbol and a REDACTED across it as a hint of what was coming.
Sister Superior Amalia Novena Announced
As well as the awesome new miniature, the Sister Superior Amalia Novena set includes an A4 art print of the original Karl Kopinkski artwork, and a Warhammer 40,000 datasheet for a Battle Sisters Squad, including the profile for a Sister Superior.
Warhammer Community finally spilled the beans on the model and showed Amalia Novena as the named Sister coming in a box! She’ll only be available as a store exclusive at GW sites on June 29th. But if the stores run out, she’ll also be available as a Direct Order on GW’s Website.
You might want to save yourself the headache and the wait by making sure you get to your local GW store early. With all the Sisters previews this year, she’ll probably a hot commodity!
