Save Hobby $$$ 40k Apocalypse Battalion Breakdowns

To get people started off on the right foot in Apocalypse 40k, GW is releasing entire detachment-sized box sets. That being said, they’ll probably be a big hit for 8th edition as well.

People can just buy one box of Marines and essentially have an entire detachment, some you can just add an HQ to and have a 40k battalion as well!

But how good is the value for everything? Let’s take a closer look, but keep in mind these will be severely limited to all retailers on release day!

All in all, there are varying savings among the boxes. The least being the Ad Mech box and the most being Tau. However, there’s only about a $25-$40 difference between all the savings for the most part.
