Forge World just revealed a surprise Blood Angels Dawnbreaker Cohort release and the Blood Bowl Ogre booster that will ship by next week.
Forge World is giving a helping hand specifically to Blood Angels in the Horus Heresy as well as Ogres in Blood Bowl. With two new units up for pre-order let’s jump into the details.
Blood Bowl Ogre Team Booster $47
This 16-piece resin kit builds two Ogre players and one Gnoblar. They’re supplied with 1x 25mm bases and 2x 32mm bases.
Rules for using these models in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in issue 8 of Spike! Journal.
Ogres are one of the newest teams to come to Blood Bowl. And if you want a few more players for your team, why not grab the voluptuous models!

Blood Angels Legion Dawnbreaker Cohort $86
Armed with the falling-star pattern power spear, the Dawnbreaker Cohorts are able to rip through even the toughest enemy infantry on the charge. Clad in ornate armour, covered in Blood Angels symbols, they perfectly complement the rest of your Legion Assault Squads.
This 63-piece highly detailed resin kit makes four Dawnbreaker Cohort Legionaries and a Dawnbreaker Cohort Champion and comes supplied with five 32mm Citadel round bases and two 45mm grove stem sets.
Rules for using the Dawnbreaker Cohort in games of The Horus Heresy can be found in The Horus Heresy Book Eight – Malevolence.
The latest unit coming to the ranks of the Blood Angels are these super-elite warriors rocking jump packs, power swords, and more. And whether you’re looking to use this unit in a game of Horus Heresy, or just take three and make them some unique Smash Captains for 40k, they are going to look badass either way. Each one comes with ornate armor and the classic Blood Angels iconography that would make Sanguinius proud.
These will ship on December 20th, 2019.
And there you have it! As we said before, you can pre-order these right now. And depending on which unit you pre-order, it may ship sooner (Ogres are coming off pre-orders first). So keep that in mind.
