A gargantuan war machine, the Reaver Titan is one of the most common and destructive classes of Battle Titan. Armed with devastating weapons and able to crush enemies under its tread by the score, the ground shakes as the Reaver advances and the enemy is left with a choice: flee or die. Reavers are the heart of the Titan Legions, holding the line or leading the charge as their Princeps demand.

Acting as a great light-medium backbone unit for your roster, Reavers have a decently broad range of weapons to pick from. Depending on what your points limit is, as well as what you might be facing, some wargear options might be better than others.

Let’s dive into how to build and magnetize your war machine.

First up Rob takes a second to go over all the weapon options that do and that don’t come in the kit. We’ve seen a steady release pattern from GW continually putting new weapon options out there so we’re sure we’ll see this list grow. But above, you can see a few of your options to choose from.

Magnetize The Adeptus Titanicus Reaver

Starting at the top of the Reaver, you’ll want to drill out and place a 5mm magnet. With weapon options like the missile rack and the new Warp-missile from FW, you don’t want to miss out on the variety here. This doesn’t take too long as the model already has a lowered seating to help the magnet fit flush.

Now comes magnetizing the arms. To start off, you’ll want to put a magnet in the upper shoulder joint. Luckily, the joint already comes bored out. (The arm normally has a ball joint that fits inside where GW wants you to glue it). As for the arm, you’ll have to click the ball joint and throw a magnet on where that used to sit.

Be careful and trim off a little at a time. You can always take more off but you can’t put more back.

Ranged weapons are slightly different. There is a short plastic arm piece that drops from the shoulder and attaches to the top of the gun. You’ll want to throw magnets on both sides as well as drill into the tops of your guns and wedge a magnet there. It might seem like a lot of magnets (four magnets total) for just one weapon, but we’re playing it safe!
