Wanna help stop scalpers and get Warhammer products moving again to stores? Well GW is hiring for just such a position, and needs a Buying and Sourcing Assistant!
Do you want to help GW get their products and sourcing information together for all their projects? This new job offering is all about ensuring the correct product gets where it needs to go on time, information is flowing between regions, and dealing with the trade bodies. If you have great organizational and people skills, this may just be the job for you.
The job is in Nottingham, so if you live there and want to help people actually get what they order, we think it safe to say that the community wants you in there. Obviously, they have been having some problems with sourcing over the last year, so you may have your work cut out for you!
As for the posting, GW has either been cleaning house lately, or people have been just moving on from key positions, as they have recently hired both a 40k lead games developer and AoS lead developer. Or perhaps they never had anyone at these positions in the first place, and the impact any new hire will make could be tremendous.
Just something interesting to think about!
