New Warhammer Fest Teasers For This Week!

new gw previews adepticon LVO nova openWarhammer Fest 2021 Online is going to be a week full of reveals, panels, and streams- check out the schedule and what to expect!

The event was announced on Warhammer Community with the full schedule of events running from May 3rd-May 8th. In the first-ever Online Warhammer Fest, there’s a little something for everyone! Whether you play AoS, 40k, or any boxed game, at least one day will be dedicated to you.

Last year, due to COVID, they just canceled the event, but they didn’t want to cancel again. So, they’re taking it all online this time and they say they have a ton of reveals, especially for 40k!

Warhammer Fest Online feature rWhile it’s not as fun as going to an event in person, it’s better than nothing! Let’s check out the details.

New Warhammer Fest Teasers For This Week!

Warhammer Fest Online

All next week, from Monday to Saturday, we’ll be packing each day with reveals of brand new things coming to Warhammer, as well as hearing from some of the teams behind them. It’ll be just like you’re there in person, watching the panels live.

Each day will be themed around one particular part of the Warhammer hobby, so check the schedule below and find out when your favorite games are coming up. Trust us when we say you’ll want to see everything anyway – there are some spectacular reveals on the way.

Warhammer Fest Online 3You can tune in to Warhammer Community from Monday 3rd May to see all of the reveals as they happen from 6 pm (BST) onwards, or catch them live on Twitch.

With two days dedicated to 40k, we hope that means there will be some seriously big reveals! Maybe the mystery day will finally be them revealing a new version of Battlefleet Gothic! Hey, we said it last time there was a mystery day, so why should we give up now?

Anyways, they do give us a good indication of what to actually expect (but come on Gothic).

Hidden in plain sight…

Don’t overlook the little banners in this graphic as they look to show some of what may be previewed

Warhammer Fest Online

First, it looks like Sisters will be getting even more reveals, or just kind of a roundup and when to expect the codex. Next up it looks like Orks will be getting a bunch of reveals, which we kind of expected but hopefully we can see more than just one or two minis this time. For AoS it looks like Stormcast and Vampires will be getting some attention as well, let’s hope that comes in the way of more new minis!

There also appears to be the Necromunda skull and one last icon that we can’t seem to make out above the “R” in Warhammer.

GW Provides A Small Update

Warhammer Community gave a brief reminder that actually had a tiny bit of extra info tied in regarding Warhammer Fest.

You can’t come to us for Warhammer Fest this year, so we’re coming to you! That’s right, from Monday through to Saturday, we’re bringing you a special Warhammer Fest Online preview each day. You can look forward to exclusive reveals and designer interviews for new books and miniatures for Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and many of our other games, as well as a suite of upcoming titles from Black Library. It’s a full-on Warhammer extravaganza!

What’s more, you can join us for our daily live shows, in which we’ll be discussing each new item in detail as it’s first revealed. Trust us when we say you won’t want to miss them. Here’s the schedule of what you can look forward to seeing each day, as well as when to tune in.

The big takeaway here is that they specifically mention designer interviews for books and miniatures. Previously, they only said we’d “Hear from the teams behind them”. This might mean each day’s event will be slightly longer than just a single reveal or two. Maybe it’ll be a week chock-full of mini online previews!

What do you think the mystery day will be? Are you excited about a bunch of new reveals?
