magnetic grips 2Since this is their project, we’ll let them tell you about it:

As with most of our products, the technology behind the MPG is based on magnets, allowing you to work with multiple miniatures at the same time. An ergonomic shape to the handle reduces repetitive wrist strain and results in increased comfort and productivity.

The MPG comes with an exchangeable magnetic head. An integrated steel plate on top means that you don’t have to worry about the polarity of the magnets attached to the base of your model. Magnetizing the base of a miniature allows you to build a clean, strong, and non-destructive “bond” between the base and the MPG. In other words – just glue the magnet to the bottom of the base of your miniatures, or to an element you would like to paint – attach it to the grip and it’s ready to go! To start working on other miniatures, just switch the head for another one at any time.
