new gw previews adepticon LVO nova openThe GW Warhammer Fest preview revealed what to expect for Warcry, including the Warcry Horns of Hashut Warband and Centaurion Marshal!

Another big online GW Preview for all things Warhammer is here! Catch all the latest reveals from  Warhammer TV  and Warhammer Community along with our commentary! For those hoping for new models coming to Warcry, it looks like you’re in luck! Plus, we also saw most of these actually leaked as playable models in a Slaves to Darkness Army. So, we’ll look at that first and their rules, then jump into the new stuff!

GW Warhammer Fest Preview

Warhammer Fest

As with last year, there’ll be four full days of online reveals, each with a different theme. But Warhammer Fest has traditionally been an in-person event – and we’ll be back in the flesh this year, with a huge Horus Heresy open day on the final day at Warhammer World.

The action kicks off on the 4th of May, with a day dedicated to Warhammer 40,000 – including more than a few unexpected surprises. Warhammer Age of Sigmar gets the treatment on the 5th of May, with new units, new battletomes, and new characters. Then the 6th of May is skirmish day – a treat for fans of more than a few Warhammer game systems.

It’s good to see both AoS and 40k getting their own days because hopefully, this means tons of reveals along with Horus Heresy and Specialist Games.

6 More New Chaos Warhammer Models & Rules Leaks

According to the new Chaos Slaves to Darkness Table of Contents leaks, it looks like there will be at least five or six new plastic kits, and perhaps even we will see some of the start collecting models released separately as well.

All of these were leaked on Reddit, as someone clearly has the new Slaves to Darkness battletome (among others) way before it is scheduled to be released this winter…

The new kits appear to be:

  • Ogroid Theridons Confirmed at Warhammer Fest
  • Chaos Chosen
  • Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount
  • Eternus Blade of the First Prince
  • Horns of Hashut- Confirmed Below
  • Chaos Daemon Prince
  • Centaurian Marshal- Confirmed Below

The new Chaos Lord on Daemonic mount appears to be in the image above with the new chosen, however, that could also just be a model from the Slaves to Darkness Start Collecting box as well.

Here is a better look at the new Chaos Chosen:

Eteruns appears towering over what may be more Chosen in the image below, flanked by a new Centaur model that may just be the Centaurian Marshal? And now we know it is!

Ogroids have been a huge hit since 2016’s silver tower, and it looks like they are getting the full kit treatment for Slaves to Darkness with these Ogroid Theridons!

New Chaos Slaves To Darkness Battletome Rules!

Some good news for Chaos Dwarves players as Hashut is making the jump to the main Age of Sigmar. The bad news is they are probably human with a 5″ move lol.

New Warcry Horns of Hashut Warband

These mortal followers of the god Hashut venture out in front of his all-conquering legions, seeking lands worthy of domination. They’re the vanguard of devastation and despair in a brutal machinery of endless war… and they have some very impressive hats.

Horns of HashutThe human followers of Hashut seek out places that would make for perfect foundries. They see themselves on a religious journey to cleanse the world for Hashut.

Horns of Hashut 2The models themselves are pretty sweet, and we have been hearing rumors of Chaos Dwarves getting a full new book and models. Guess what, they are called the Legions of Hashut, so this is the perfect segway into the army coming to fruition!

Centaurion Marshal

Warcry

As a Chaos Ally, this quarrelsome quadruped can be taken by a host of warbands – and as you might expect from someone wielding four weapons at once, he’s very handy in a fight.

This was actually leaked as something coming for Slaves to Darkness, so it looks like you’ll be able to play this in both systems. As in the table of contents above, you can see it on pg 116.
