These Seraphon Army Box Set Values Are Hot Fire!

seraphon-army-box-set-value-pricing-savings-warhammer-40kHere are the savings and value for the Seraphon army box set for Age of Sigmar in our pricing breakdown- check it out!

The box itself is comprised of 27 new minis and is just the starting point for new models! However, the real question is, what kind of value will you save with this box?

If you want early access to the battletome and the new minis, this is really the only way to do it. However, they usually come out a couple of weeks later. So if you can’t get your hands on a box, maybe don’t go too crazy paying higher prices on the secondary market as the battletome and models should release separately soon as well.

Before we check out the value, here are all the previews for the new Seraphon range:

AoS Seraphon Army Box: $210

Get yours for less from these retailers:| Amazon | Dicehead Games | Bazooka Games | Frontline Gaming | Element Games (UK) | or | eBay |Seraphon Army Set

Included are a highly customisable Slaan Starmaster atop a finely detailed palanquin, 10 Saurus Warriors equipped with either spears or spiked clubs, and 10 Raptadon cavalry, which can be built as Chargers or Hunters. As well as the new battletome, you’ll also find 35 warscroll cards, 53 enhancement cards, and a set of 60 tokens, so all of your rules are close at hand.

All prices are estimated based on the current Age of Sigmar range pricing.

  • 10 Saurus Warriors $60 (based on current kit)
  • 10 Raptadon $120 ($60 for 5, based on recent releases of Calvary could be $65, same as Chaos Knights)
  • Slaan Starmaster $100 (based on Kroak, but looks to be a slightly smaller kit on a 60mm base instead of 80mm)
  • Warscroll cards $35
  • Battletome $55 (Not the same as a limited edition battletome)

Total MSRP: $370

Savings versus $210 box price: $160

Is the Seraphon Army Box Set Worth it for the Value?

Slaan StarmasterWell, if the prices work out the way we think, this is actually going to have great value. You’ll be getting over $150 in value in the box, a new army book, and 27 all-new models. If you want to start up an army, or increase your forces, it could be a good buy.

Especially considering you are getting two/three totally new units. Either way, with this much value, you really can’t go wrong, even if you already have a ton of Saurus. Plus, you can get the rules early, which is always a plus as well!

What to Buy Next?

10 Saurus WarriorsWell, it’s hard to say at this point because we haven’t seen the new battletome quite yet. Plus, there are going to be a ton of new models for the army, so if you ask us, might as well just get some fun monsters after the box and build your army out from there.

Considering the rest of the models won’t come out for a while now, it’s hard to really build a force without the battletome.
