Here is the confirmed pricing for the new 40k Kill Team Nightmare box containing Dark Eldar and Night Lords, along with Blood Bowl and Warcry!

There’s good news this week for hobbyists who want to expand their Warhammer collection by adding unique models across ranges to their collections. Here are the new releases coming to pre-order with your favorite retailers on Saturday, April 6th, 2024, around 1 p.m. EST here in the States.

New releases, including a new Warhammer 40k Kill Team Nightmare box with new miniatures for Dark Eldar and Night Lords, Warcry, Blood Bowl, Black Library, and White Dwarf, were announced for pre-order.

Warhammer 40k Kill Team: Nightmare Pricing: $140 CAD$170

All miniatures come with appropriate bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly

You’ll need a copy of the Kill Team: Core Book to use the contents of this set. You’ll also need the Killzone: Bheta-Decima terrain set to create the mission maps in the book. Both are available separately.

In the blue corner are the Nemesis Claws of the Night Lords Legion – an infinitely sadistic bunch of raiders, corsairs, and murderers who love nothing more than draping themselves in the flayed skin of anyone who gets in their way. In the glowing green corner are the Drukhari Mandrakes – an infinitely sadistic bunch of dimension-hopping shadow beings who love nothing more than draping themselves in the flayed skin of anyone who gets in their way.

So as you can imagine, their first meeting in a killzone is going to be bloody.

Kill Team: Nightmare contains 20 new plastic miniatures in the form of two complete kill teams, an new plastic Generatorum Hub terrain piece, a 96-page book containing full rules, background, and new scenarios, two decks of unit Datacards, two decks of other user cards, and two token sheets – one of each for both teams.

In 40k Kill Team Nightmare, the two sets of models have a cult following in the hobby. The Mandrakes always seem to be some Dark Eldar players’ favorite models, while Night Lords don’t get too many releases, making this unit a huge deal for them!

Kill Team Nightmare will also be the first chance to pick up these two squads before they are released separately in their own squad boxes, so the pricing for this box will be more upfront.

Wicked Brick Display Cases

An amazing paint job deserves the best protection, and Wicked Bricks’ display cases are the best way to show off and defend your precious miniatures. These will come in 30 different sizes, to accommodate everything from a single infantry model to a reasonably sized force, with optional backgrounds and plaques to give them even more pizazz. Warcry: Pyre & Flood Retail Price: $130 CAD$160 €105 £80

The Nighthaunt are determined to set the Gnarlwood aflame as the Pyregheists are unleashed. These malevolent spirits haunt dark places, bringing Nagash’s enlightenment in the form of, er, burning death. Fortunately, the Lumineth fire brigade is on the case, in the form of the Ydrilan Riverblades, sacred aelementors who defend blessed waterways across the realms.

Will the Riverblades quench the Pyregheists’ thirst for vengeance, or will they go down in flames?

Warcry: Pyre and Flood contains two complete warbands, comprising 18 plastic miniatures, alongside an Idol of the Old Ones to add to your battlefields, a 64-page Warband Tome packed full of background and rules, and 62 cards, split across Fighter cards, Ability cards, and a full deck of Battleplan cards.

As with all Warcry warbands, some amazingly dynamic models are in here that are great for fans of either faction!

Wildercorps Hunters & Gorger Mawpack Retail Price: $60 CAD$75 €50 £37.50 Each

Two more warbands are venturing back into the Gnarlwood as the Wildercorps Hunters and Gorger Mawpack, previously available in the Hunter and Hunted box, get solo releases. Each of these sets includes a complete warband – 11 miniatures for the Wildercorps Hunters and five for the Gorger Mawpack – and all the Fighter cards and Ability cards you need to use them in your games of Warcry. You may also deploy both units in larger games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar via their free downloadable Warscrolls.

Rules for using Gnome teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal: Issue 17, which is sold separately.

This kit comprises 102 plastic components, and is supplied with 14x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Gnome Team Transfer Sheet.

As one of the funniest and most unique teams yet, these Gnomes are finally landing with all of their critters to help win games of Blood Bowl.

The rules for using your new Gnome team to dominate the leagues are in issue 17 of Spike! Journal.
