Toys r us feature rThe American Dream Mall is going to house the Toys ‘R’ Us Flagship store among many other insane attractions, including concerts!

Back in March, we looked at the possibility of the toy giant opening another big store, and it’s happening at one of the wildest malls in America! If you’ve never heard about American Dream, in New Jersey, it has an indoor waterpark, a Nickelodeon theme park, mini-golf, an aquarium, hosts concerts, and way more.

It’s insane really, now Toys ‘R’ Us will be added to the mayhem!

The store is going to be giant! It will cover two stores and have interactive experiences. If you want a serious toy experience, this will be the place to be!

Toys r usThe store will cover 20,000 square feet over two floors! Which will really bring you back to those childhood memories! The store will include retail toys, interactive experiences, and product demonstrations. It doesn’t end there either, it will also have Geoffrey’s Café, an ice cream parlor, and a two-story slide. So to say this is going to be huge is an understatement!

Plus, if the store near us had a slide, we might never have left. It wasn’t long ago that the parent company, Tru Kids Inc., was bought by a New York-based management firm, WHP, coming from a statement on CNBC.

It looks like the new owners are moving fast! This won’t be the only new store either, they made a deal with Macy’s earlier this year to collaborate and build 400 Toys ‘R’ Us stores-within-a-store at Macy’s throughout the country, rolling out in 2022. However, this isn’t nearly the only thing going on at the American Dream!

The American Dream Mall it’s Housed in is Insane!

flagship storeOh yeah, this waterpark is inside the mall and it barely takes up any of the room! It has a Nickelodeon theme park, mini-golf, an aquarium, hosts concerts, an ice rink, a museum, and more. So if you’re near New Jersey, it might be worth a visit just for the insanity of it all. Or, if you’re in town you might be able to see a huge artist like Tiesto.

tiestoEven if his music isn’t up your alley, it’s insane that they can host concerts this big inside the place. Oh yeah, and if you want to shop for anything other than toys they have that too.

Have you ever been there? Are you excited about a new Toys ‘R’ Us store?
