Games Workshop Launches Another $1000+ Titan Painting Class

1000-titan-classGames Workshop’s $1000+ Warhound Titan Painting Class is back for Warhammer Fest, where hobbyists get to keep the model they learn to paint!

While it’s actually £1,100, as opposed to $1500 in the states, the price of this seminar is high upfront, but you’ll leave with a fully painted Titan (well, hopefully).

$1000 Warhound Titan Painting Class

You will get three days to paint your model at the upcoming Warhammer Fest, and two of the classes are eight hours long.

Titan Painting Class

Join us at Warhammer Fest for a unique and immersive three-day course on painting your own authentic Forge World Warhound Titan. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of painting True Metallic Metals, heat stress, glowing effects, armour surfaces, freehand and detailing work. This class will feature both traditional brush work as well as airbrush work (an airbrush will be provided for use during the class, or you can bring your own).

This class is intended for intermediate to high level skill painters who feel comfortable painting game-ready miniatures and are looking to step towards parade-ready miniatures. This immersive master class will include hours of instruction each day, select Citadel paints, premium Citadel brushes and Citadel hobby products as well as a Forge World Warhound Class Titan that is yours to take home.

So, how much will you actually be paying for the painting portion itself, and how much will you pay for the Warhound?

  • Titan Body: £401.50
  • Plasma Blastgun x2: £99

Titan Total (if equipped exactly like the Warhound they showed): £500.50

How much just the painting class will cost you: £599.50

So, it’s close to a 50/50 split, but you’ll still be paying more for the class than the actual Titan. In a way, this is kind of cool (also, you get three days of techniques and such) because by the time it’s over, you should have a full titan.

While you are paying almost £600 for a painting class, you will have proper guidance on getting this project completed from the pros!

Is a $1000 Warhound Titan Painting Class Worth It?

Considering the price of a Warhound is significant in any currency, you actually don’t pay too much more for the actual painting class (well, considering how big a Warhound is).

If you’ve always wanted a Warhound Titan and weren’t sure how to paint it, this may be well worth the cash to you.

Check Out All the Details Here!

Would you ever pay this much for a Warhound Titan, much less a painting class? Will you be joining the class?
