Games Workshop loves to hide new releases in plain sight, and this time, it’s it may be some cool new Ad Mech terrain!
While there is only one new model on the way for the faction this time around, is there a chance that some terrain could follow at some point?
Who knows, maybe this will fill out some Kill Team box or go along with new crusade rules. Obviously, this is speculation, so take it with as much salt as you need. Nothing is confirmed until GW says it!
New 40k Ad Mech Terrain Hidden in Plain Sight?
During the preview for the new Adeptus Mechanicus codex and Skatros model, they put a bunch of Ad Mech minis on some new terrain that actually looks really cool! We’ve seen a couple of these pieces before, but there is plenty of new stuff thrown in there. With so much extra terrain, this could totally be from a new Kill Team box, which usually has a varying degree of terrain.
Some boxes have a ton, and some only have scatter pieces.
The Battlezone: Mechanicum terrain is represented a little bit here, and the pieces have been popular for a while. These were part of Charadon, and we could easily see GW do something similar in 10th Edition. There is also always the chance this is all custom terrain from their studio, but it would be cool to see some new terrain pieces out in the wild!
This could also work quite well with the new Night Lords Kill Team box because they can strike anywhere…
