RUMORS: Another New AoS Skaven Sprue Leak

age-of-sigmar-rumors-wal-hor-chaosThese leaks don’t stop, as a new AoS Skaven Warlock Engineer sprue and a built version have been spotted in the wild!

Rumors are circulating about a new AoS Skaven Warlock Engineer sprue and a built version that have been spotted in the wild. As we all know, leaked information about upcoming releases is always exciting, especially when it involves one of the game’s most beloved factions.

RUMORS: New AoS Skaven Warlock Engineer Sprue Spotted In the Wild!

Skaven WarlockThis is a half-sprue with ten pieces (about the exact amount GW uses for character sprues), and it looks fairly simple to build without a ton of options. The old Warlock Engineers are quite old, so it would make sense for GW to remake them in this big re-release, especially with all the trailers putting a big emphasis on the wild technology of the Skaven.

You need some engineers to actually run the machines! In the old kit, you would get two Engineers in one set, but it looks like you might have to buy them individually now. However, it does look much better.

This starts looking very real when you look at the recent Warhammer Community image.

Skaven Warlock EngineerIf you ask us, this looks extremely similar to the sprue. With one large weapon and a full cloak, he looks ready to smash those pesky Stormcast! We all know GW doesn’t like to put out artwork for miniatures they don’t make, and this looks like something they will be making!

Skaven Warlock 2This looks pretty close to the sprue and the drawing, but again, it’s from the wild, so we can’t say 100%. Either way, the new Engineer looks pretty awesome when all built up, and it’s good to see such a staple unit getting a rework.

GW Confirms New AoS Edition, Free Rules & Release Date

While these images are not officially from Games Workshop, they look very promising and match the artwork that GW has released. Skaven players have been eagerly awaiting a new release, and it looks like they are getting their wish with a lot of awesome releases. As always, take these rumors with a grain of salt, but it’s hard not to get excited about the possibilities.
