Here is the latest on the Ogor Mawtribes rules for the 4th Edition Age of Sigmar from Warhammer Community. When it comes to the Ogor Mawtribes, first up, we’ve got the Gutbuster warglutts. These guys are like a traveling buffet on steroids, roaming far and wide from their fortresses in massive circles known as Mawpaths. They devour almost everything in sight, dragging the leftovers back to their feasting halls to whip up some monstrous meals.

Then there are the Beastclaw Raiders, the rough-and-tumble nomads of the bunch. Picture rugged hunters riding colossal beasts, always one step ahead of the Everwinter—a freaky, supernatural blizzard that seems to stalk them wherever they go. These guys don’t settle down; they’re always on the move, living life on the edge of a frosty apocalypse.

Battle Traits

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 2

The Ogor Mawtribes hit like an avalanche of muscle and meat no matter which crew they roll with. With their signature move, the Trampling Charge, they use sheer bulk and momentum to crush anything in their way.

These Ravenous Brutes are driven by hunger, which makes them surprisingly quick on their feet. Every ogor gets a passive speed boost, zipping around the battlefield until they unleash their Feast on Flesh.

This once-per-battle spectacle sees the whole tribe chow down on their enemies mid-combat, restoring their vitality and dishing out mortal damage. It’s like an all-you-can-eat buffet of destruction!

Battle Formations

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 3

The Ogor Mawtribes bring four killer battle formations in their Faction Pack, and there’s a special treat for the Beastclaw Raiders. These Beast Handlers pick their war steeds from the Brutal Stock, meaning their colossal bulk deals even more mortal damage when they slam into enemy units.

Other formations showcase different sides of ogor life. One taps into the Butchers’ hungry magic, while another lets seasoned gunners unleash point-blank mayhem. The fourth formation cloaks your advancing infantry in the frosty grip of the Everwinter, urging warglutts and alfrostuns to join forces in a stormy symphony of destruction.

Arcana & Incantations

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 4

Mawtribes have their own brand of mystical mischief-makers. The Butchers are the head honchos here, whipping up gastronomic spells to heal buddies, pump them full of bloodlust, and unleash waves of nasty grease to trip up enemies. Then you’ve got the Huskards of the Beastclaw Raiders – part warrior-chief, part priest, channeling the voice of the Everwinter to reshape the battlefield.

When they answer the Call of the Blizzard with a chanting roll of 4+, you can give a terrain feature the ‘Obscuring’ ability for the rest of the battle. This means your ogors get to hide behind a shroud of wind and snow, making it tough for enemy sharpshooters to get a clear shot.

Nail a chanting roll of 10+, and every terrain feature hit by a blizzard also grants a WARD (5+) to friendly Beastclaw Raiders within 3″. Talk about turning the battlefield into your personal snow globe!

4th Edition AoS  Rules Ogor Mawtribes Warscrolls

Kragnos

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 5In the world of Destruction, might makes right, and Kragnos, the End of Empires, is the mightiest of them all. Hailing from a long-dead race, he’s leveled up to godhood and now storms through the realms as the ultimate avatar of destruction.

The God of Earthquakes is one of the rare few who can keep the unruly Ogor Mawtribes in line. As the End of Empires, he tosses aside lesser foes (which, let’s face it, is basically everyone) and ignites a frenzy in the rampaging hordes following him.

Armed with Tuskbreaker, The Shield Inviolate, Kragnos shrugs off sorcery like it’s nothing. When he charges into battle, his Rampaging Destruction inflicts mortal damage on everything within range. And if he faces off against an enemy MONSTER, he can flex his muscles and bring them crashing down.

Huskard

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 6Huskards are the badass chieftains and mystics of the Beastclaw Raiders. They charge into battle on beasts like Stonehorns—unstoppable, rock-munching creatures with a Stone Skeleton that shrugs off incoming damage.

A Stonehorn’s roar is so fierce it can send other MONSTERS into a frenzy. The Everwinter’s Goad powers up allied Companion weapons with Crit (2 hits), while enemy Companion weapons get penalized as their leashed behemoths thrash around uncontrollably. It’s a wild ride when these guys hit the battlefield!

Ogor Gluttons

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 7Ogor Gluttons are the backbone of any warglutt, and with their raw, hulking muscle, they can crush bones without even breaking a sweat.

Their Insatiable Gluttony makes these young brutes nearly impossible to budge once they start Feasting on Flesh. This boosts their Control characteristic for the rest of the battle. It’s like a supercharged version of similar abilities, giving a unit of six ogors a baseline Control score of 18 before any other modifiers! Talk about digging in and making a stand!

Gorger Mawpack

Ogor Mawtribes Rules 8On the flip side, we have the Gorger Mawpack, a gang of emaciated horrors—a twisted mockery of the usual ogor physique. Despite their scrawny looks, thanks to the relentless Empty Belly curse, Gorgers are even hungrier than their healthier cousins.

Kicked out from their mawtribe’s campfires, these Troglodytic Lurkers scavenge through feast-middens and lurk on the fringes of battles. When the moment’s right, they spring into action as Frenzied Hunters, ripping infantry apart with a bloody frenzy that even makes other ogors a bit uneasy.

The Tyrant’s Bellow packs a punch with a hefty collection of miniatures. Leading the charge is a Tyrant, commanding six Ogor Gluttons (split into two units of three), supported by the firepower of four Leadbelchers and the mighty Ironblaster artillery piece. They’re also joined by a Mournfang Pack from the Beastclaw Raiders. However, to keep things fair, the Ironblaster and Mournfang won’t show up until the third of four battle rounds.

And there you have it, a wild ride through the brutal world of the Ogor Mawtribes! From the muscle-bound Ogor Gluttons who crush bones like it’s no big deal to the terrifying Gorger Mawpack, always on the hunt with their insatiable hunger, these warriors bring chaos and carnage wherever they go.

Whether they’re leading the charge with the unstoppable might of Stonehorns or lurking in the shadows, waiting to pounce, the Ogor Mawtribes are a force to be reckoned with.
