Well Adepticon 2012 is over, and I’m finally back and able to write again. Today I have for you a sample of the armies from the Team Tournament event!
On the home front, my team did not repeat this year, as our Grey Knight paladins broke and ran twice on us. It’s a tough price to pay for playing so little models, but I enjoyed the event regardless.
Overall the Team Tournament is one of the most competitive events each year- that’s why we took 4x paladin squads in the first place.
You can checkout our lists over on BoLS, as Big Red posted them the day of the Team Tournament.
Back to the event though, there was a ton of really, really, amazing armies there.
Chris Courtney from DaBoyz really knocked it out of the park with his Grey Knights paint scheme. There were also several full dioramas, and I’ll try to feature each over the next several weeks.
For now though enjoy the pics, the Spikey Bits blog-a-station is once again fully operational!
The Team Tournament Hall. Team Toledo is in the front, flanked by my team slightly behind and to the right.
Spikey Bits / Wrecking Crew Army
Tastey’s “Cult of Phil Kelly” Army
Legio Custodes from Duke’s Team
Hulk Smash’s Team, who I think won the event?
Da Boyz’s Beautiful Grey Knights!
If you missed any of my updates from Adepticon weekend be sure tocheck them out here! -MBG
