AoS 4th Edition Kruleboyz Rules

Kruleboyz cunning but brutal

Here is the latest on the Kruleboyz rules for the 4th Edition Age of Sigmar from Warhammer Community. The Kruleboyz are sneaky, swamp-dwelling orruks who embody the cunning side of their two-headed god, Gorkamorka. Living in gross, misty bogs, the Kruleboyz revel in cruelty and cunning. While an Ironjawz Orruk might chop a human in half with one swing, a Kruleboyz would rather stick ’em with a poisonous spear and watch them squirm.

Battle Traits

Kruleboyz Battle Traits

The Kruleboyz love using dirty tricks to get ahead in battle. They have a limit to their cunning plans, though, and tricks become harder to pull off the more they use in each round.

They arm their infantry with Venom-Encrusted Weapons for deadly strikes and use Sneaky Sneakin’ to position for a killing blow. They might lure enemies into traps or create a Noisy Racket to disorient them. The key is to carefully choose and time these tricks.

Battle Formations

Kruleboyz Klaw battle Formation

The Kruleboyz have more tricks up their sleeves than the sneakiest of goblins. The Kruleboyz Klaw, for instance, uses shaman magic to conjure a Swamp Shroud, hiding their buddies near terrain. Other squads are all about stealth and sharp-shooting, with specially-fletched bolts ready to pick off distant targets.

Some are masters of mobility, perfect for ambushing and looting from the enemy. And let’s not forget the beastmasters who love bringing a whole zoo of warbeasts to the fight.

Arcana & Incantations

Arcana and Incantations

Swampcalla Shamans are the true swamp sorcerers, using their swampy magic to wreak havoc. They can whip up a Choking Mist that makes enemies wheeze and cough, cutting down their attack power. They can also turn the ground into poisonous muck or give their pals a boost with the cleverness of Mork.

4th Edition AoS Rules: Kruleboyz Warscrolls

Gobsprakk, the Mouth of Mork

Gobsprakk, the Mouth of Mork

Gobsprakk, the Mouth of Mork, is one sharp Shaman, famous for outsmarting a Lord of Change. He says Mork chats with him directly, and he uses Waaagh! energy to blow enemy spellcasters out of the water. His pet grot’s Screamin’ Mandrakk cranks up his unbinding power, and his Strangle Hex can crush even the toughest opponents.

Killaboss on Great Gnashtoof

Killaboss on Great Gnashtoof

The toughest Kruleboyz bulk up through endless fighting (and snagging the juiciest meat cuts). Few can match the size and swagger of a Killaboss on a Great Gnashtoof. These dog-riding tyrants are as sharp in combat as they are at cooking up schemes—or at least pretending they have one.

As long as the ladz buy into the idea that every fake-out and misdirection is All Part of Da Plan, they’ll fight like mad to hold their ground. And if an enemy messes with their careful plans, the Killaboss can whip his troops into a frenzy with a shout of “That’s Ours, Ya Gitz!”

Murknob with Belcha-banna

Murknob with Belcha-banna

Like all orruks, the Kruleboyz bow to the sheer destructive might of Kragnos, the God of Earthquakes. When he stomped back into the Mortal Realms, the Kruleboyz crawled out of their swamps to join the fun. A Murknob with a Belcha-banna can tap into Kragnos’s power to shield their buddies from harm.

These Murknobs carry creepy effigies decked out with grotesque trophies, magically animated to spew foul stench even after death. The Breath of the Mire-drakes hits any enemy foolish enough to get caught downwind with some serious mortal damage.

Gutrippaz

Gutrippaz

Gutrippaz are the backbone of the Kruleboyz army, made up of barbaric warriors who get a kick out of giving their enemies a slow, painful, poison-filled demise.

Despite their raw strength being enough to handle most foes, Gutrippaz love using their creepy skareshields for Scare Taktikz, making enemies think twice before engaging them in combat.

Even in small skirmishes, the Kruleboyz refuse to play fair, and the Swampskulka Gang Spearhead is all about sneaky battle tactics. A Killaboss leading this gang is a tough nut to crack, knowing the perfect moment to unleash a Kruleboyz Waaagh! to crush a worn-down enemy.

“Spearhead” is a standalone game that’s just right for diving into epic battles in Age of Sigmar. It’s small enough to fit on a kitchen or coffee table, and you only need one Spearhead box to get the games going for the 4th Edition.

The best part? You can snag free downloads with different rules, warscrolls, and objectives.

In conclusion, the Kruleboyz bring a stealthy and devastating playstyle to the 4th Edition Age of Sigmar.

The Kruleboyz have revamped their Dirty Tricks mechanic to showcase their sneaky scheming better. Instead of picking one effect at the start of the battle, you now get a whole bag of tricks to play with every round. Take a gamble at some extra buffs, and be prepared to turn the tables from the swampy shadows!
