More New AoS Rules Spotted For Chaos & Khaine!

More new rules are here for Age of Sigmar as the last two warscroll battalions have been spotted inside the Holiday Battleforce boxes.

Imgur has more pictures of the last half of the AoS Battleforce Warscroll Battalions. We originally saw Idoneth Deepkin and Seraphon’s rules earlier.

Take a look at the latest new rules that come inside these money-saving bundles for Daughters of Khaine and Slaves to Darkness!

Potent Witchbrew lets the Hag Queen share her concoction with D3 other Friendy Daughters of Khaine units from this Battalion.

So what does the Witchbrew normally do?

It essentially turns a unit into blood-crazed warriors making them re-roll failed to wound rolls and ignore battleshock tests. Now imagine doing that for D3 units instead.

Looking at the Godsworn Warband, after a unit makes a charge move, pick an enemy unit within 1″ of the charging unit. On a 4+ that unit suffers D3 mortal wounds.

Taking this Warscroll Battalion essentially turns all of your units into bruisers when they charge. You get to roll a dice for each unit that charged. That’s potentially three to five D3 mortal wounds in a charge phase if you roll right.

The question still stands if these Warscroll Battalions will be allowed in Matched Play as we haven’t seen any points for them just yet. However, any time you can take a detachment, you should. It was neat on GW’s part to sell an entire box as a “one-drop Battalion” in AoS.

What do you think about these Warscroll Battalions rules? Which Battleforce did you already order? Have you started a new AoS army off of these boxes? Let us know in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
